14% -1 health/ imperfect dual vamp. Not ultra rare but in demand from doa scers.
probably worth several ectos on up for req 9, decent skin, but 14% hurts it slightly. Edit: You should be able to get 10+ ectos off it from DOA scers easily. I'd start at 10e and set B/O at 50e.
